Thoughtfully updated throughout with permits, it seamlessly blends original architectural details—including custom built-ins and refinished oak floors—with a stylish, contemporary kitchen and versatile floorplan. Natural light cascades through at all times of day. The fully transformed lower level offers two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an excellent kitchenette and rec room with a private entrance—perfect for extended family, guests, or income. Outside, mature gardens surround a sunny west-facing backyard, ideal for relaxing in the evening light. A brand-new shed adds extra storage, while the generous 7,800-square-foot lot is among one of the larger properties in Fairfield. About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
