Ocean views define this exceptional Parker Avenue residence, set along one of Cordova Bay’s most coveted streets. Custom built in 1974, this distinctive steel-and-concrete West Coast home offers 2,968 sq.ft. of finished living on a 14,982 sq.ft. lot, with exposed beams, warm wood ceilings and expansive windows capturing the ocean, Mt. Baker to the east and Mt. Doug to the south. Thoughtfully configured for executive living with additional accommodation, both levels are bright, open and expansive, with the original staircase still intact for an easy return to single-family living. Significant renovations, rooftop solar, 200-amp service and 2 wood-burning fireplaces add modern comfort. Nearly 2,060 sq.ft. of decks and patio extend the living outdoors, while the fenced yard and private forested retreat create a rare family sanctuary. Separate studio and garage add valuable flexibility. Steps to Fenn Beach and Parker Park, this is a truly singular Cordova Bay offering.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
