Open house, Sunday, September 20th, 10 am - noon. A textbook Oak Bay home, bursting with curb appeal on a lovely and generous corner lot, this home has tons of potential. With great bones and just a short walk from the ocean, this is an ideal location for anyone wanting to get a foothold in a quiet family neighbourhood. A little sweat equity would go a long way, for example, the basement could easily accommodate another bedroom or two and a bathroom. Close to the Oak Bay Village, schools, restaurants and cafés, this would be the perfect home for a young family or a newly retired couple. A must-see! Call your realtor today or come around to the open house and say hello!

About

Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Jack moved to Victoria with his family in 2006. He attended St. Michaels University School and University of Victoria before completing his education at UBC.
Jack worked at a small, family owned business for several years specializing in equestrian based therapy. He started as a farmhand for 15 horses, and worked his way up to assisting clients with disabilities. The skills and work ethic he developed in this field were invaluable, and he loved the opportunity to create rewarding client relationships. Jack comes from a long line of real estate investors and salespeople, and learned from a young age that sales should revolve around serving others and solving problems.
Upon receiving his real estate license, Jack became a full-time student of the real estate industry, and is devoted to continuous education, training, and improvement, with the goal of providing outstanding quality services and a unique perspective.
Jack carries an attitude of gratitude with him in all aspects of his business, and feels fortunate to get the opportunity to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with those that trust him.
