Wake up to water and mountain views, grab your coffee, and enjoy the easy pace of life in James Bay. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is in a great location, just a short stroll from the beach, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Beacon Hill Park. Located inside of a 4 unit townhouse complex, this well managed unit with a renovated kitchen has upgraded appliances and a walk-in pantry, while the vaulted living room gives the main space a modern airy, open feel. With east- and west-facing balconies, there’s always a good spot to catch the morning light, enjoy an afternoon break, or wind down at the end of the day. The Primary bedroom feels like a private loft, and two big additional bedrooms offer a flexible layout. The home also features a garage for parking, bikes, beach gear, and all the extras that come with West Coast living. This home is in one of the most walkable neighbourhoods, with beautiful views and plenty to enjoy just outside your door.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
