Welcome to this wonderfully updated 5-bedroom family home on Newton St, where warmth, light, and flexibility come together in one of the area's most desirable neighbourhoods. Tucked away on a quiet, friendly street, you're just a short stroll to top notch recreation and convenience, from Willows Beach to Oak Bay Village, UVic, Camosun, and Royal Jubilee Hospital. This inviting home features vaulted ceilings, a flexible and free-flowing layout, a cozy gas fireplace, and a beautifully renovated kitchen opening to a spacious deck and landscaped gardens. Extensively updated throughout, improvements include renovated kitchens and bathrooms on both levels, fresh interior and exterior paint, sprinkler system, heat pumps, solar panels, EV charger, and recent deck and landscaping updates. Solar panels significantly offset utility costs, with the potential for very low monthly expenses or even seasonal credits. The flexible lower level offers a bright 3 bedroom legal suite — ideal for extended family, extra space, mortgage-helping income — along with a private backyard, garage/workshop, and two storage sheds. A smart investment combining modern efficiency, flexible living, and prime location. Open House April 26th from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

About
Jack worked at a small, family owned business for several years specializing in equestrian based therapy. He started as a farmhand for 15 horses, and worked his way up to assisting clients with disabilities. The skills and work ethic he developed in this field were invaluable, and he loved the opportunity to create rewarding client relationships. Jack comes from a long line of real estate investors and salespeople, and learned from a young age that sales should revolve around serving others and solving problems.
Upon receiving his real estate license, Jack became a full-time student of the real estate industry, and is devoted to continuous education, training, and improvement, with the goal of providing outstanding quality services and a unique perspective.
Jack carries an attitude of gratitude with him in all aspects of his business, and feels fortunate to get the opportunity to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with those that trust him.
